The evidence showed that under military orders the employee attended a mobilisation cam]), the employer promising to keep his position open. When he returned he was told to take another week, for which lis was paid, and then dismissed. The employer pleaded that lie dismissed the man for incompetency. This is ihp fust case since the war started.
