GORED BY A BULL. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association, Hawera, January 13. Thomas Eeclesfield, an old and highly respected settler, was gored by a bull on his farm on Tuesday afternoon. lie died later from the injuries received. MAORI CENTENARIAN REAP. Rotorua, Yesterday. An old Maori, named Ihaia Te Warn, was found burned to death in his whare at Te Parai, 28 miles from Rotorua, yes. terday afternoon. He was believed to be 100 years old, and hail been a follower of Te Kooti.
