RULES AND RECULATIONS. lAII blocks Wniwaka. Nominations for all handicap events to be in the hands of the Secretaries, accompanied by nomination fees, not later than 9 p.m. on SATURDAY, January 23rd, at the local Post Office, Mokau Nomination fees must accompany entries. Acceptances close on the ground at 10 a.m. on !)th February, at Secretaries' Ten*. Nominations must be accompanied bv performances. If nominators' have not performed during the last two years. the last three performances to be given. In double-handed sawing event, name and performances o! both competitors must be given. No prize for any event if less than two entries. No second prize if less tlmn three entries. The Committee reserve the right to make any alterations in the programme that may be found necessary.
