GERMAN ATTACK WEAKENS. .MEN UNFITTED FOR WJNTER CAMPAIGN. PITT A RLE CONDITION OF THE PRISONERS. Pctrograd, January 11. Thi' German attacks at JJzura are now half-hearted, are badly concerted, and lack impetuousity. The condition of the prisoners is pitiable. Many Landsturmers are unfittted to stand the rigors of winter. Frostbite and exposure added considerably to the list of jned'ectives. Most trencher are halffull of melted snow.

At iiiiotlu-r point, at Rawka, a German ,six-gun i'u'kl battery wont into the open and shelled tlie Russian trenches. Tlii' Russian artillery demolished three, killing the servers. The remainder took shelter, hut came cut later, and the Russian* smashed two move y;::u. killing the crews. The last gun was served until it was destroyed.
