A RACIAL APPEAL. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 12, 5.20 p.m. Capetown, January 12. Prior to his execution, Fourie drew up a message of a virulent nature, appealing to the worst racial passions. The Government suppressed it, but it is still in circulation. Five civil servants were arrested at Bloemfontein, for producing typed copies of it.
