GEIiMAN PROPAGANDISTS AT WORK. Ru'eiveil D, 1.30 a.m. London, January 8. The Times' Washington correspondent states that German propagandists are intriguing to get Congress to forbid the export of war supplies to the Allies, and get the Government to purchase interned steamers.
