A MOVE BY ROUMANIA. Paris, January 7. There are reports tha* developments of the highest importance are imminent in Roumania. A dozen English and French correspondents have left Roumania, via Bulgaria. PREPARING THE WAY. Received 9, 1.20 a.m. London, January 9. The Morning Posfs Paris correspondent writes: "Roumania has definitely arranged with the United States to attend to Roumanian interests at Berlin and Vienna." A BELGRADE INCIDENT. MAY CAUSE FURTHER TROUBLE. London January 7. Rome reports that an incident at Belgrade 13 likely to lead to serious computations between Italy and Austria.
