FROZEN MEAT EXPORT.
WANGANUI'S QUOTA. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. • Wanganui, Last Night. The President of the Wanganui Cham-, ber of Commerce, who is also a director of the Wanganui Freezing Company, states that so far as his company is concerned three steamers will, during January, take away 54,000 carouses of mutton. This, he points out, is very different from the 8000 which a Press Association message recently stated was Wanganui's quota in January, owing to the dearth of meat boats."
