GOVERNMENT REGULATION. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. 1 Wellington, Yesterday. The Prime Minister stated this afternoon that a proclamation is being issued on the subject of the price of wlieat. Cabinet has.agreed that wheat which is being imported from New South Wales shall be sold at 5s fld per buah<Millers will be expected to sell their 'our at ti price proportionate to that v "iich they are being charged for wheat. "'That," said Mr Massey, "would mean a losa to the Government of something betveen 3d and 6d per bushel," 1 but the exact amount could not be positively stated
