F, Duthie for the position. A resolution was unanimously adopted, placing on record appreciation of the most valuable services rendered to the Dominion by Mr. William Scott as emplovers' representative on the Court of Arbitration, and expressing regret that circumstances have required his withdiawal from a position of honor and responsibility, which he has filled with such exceptional ability.
