Mr Tudor states that he hopes Mr Fiihtr \?:ll give the matter of resuscitating bin- leoiprocal arrangunent reached between Mr Fisher, New Zealand Minister of Customs, and himself earnest attention. The scheme has already been drawn up and there is no need to allow it to lapse. He trusts Mr Fisher would make, arrangements for satisfactory reciprocal trade relations at a early date.
