CANTERBURY v. HAWKE'S BAY. ®y Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Hastings, Last Night. The match between Hawke's Bay and Canterbury was commenced at Hastings this morning under favourable conditions. The wicket was in good order, but a trifle Boft. Hawko's Bay won the toss, and elected to bat.
