F pursuance of and subject to the powers vested in it by "The Dog Registration Act, 1908," and the Amendments thereto, the New Plymouth Borough Council hereby fixes the registration fee for each Dog within the said Borough for the year ending the 31st December, 1915, to be the sum of 10s, or as if paid before the 31st March, 1915. Sheep and Cattle Dogs, as described in sub-scction c of Section 8 of the above Act, 2s 6d; and the said Council hereby appoints the Town Ha]], King Street, New Plymouth, to be the Registration Office at which Dogs may be regfstered, and at which the Register Books shall be kept; and appoints BENJAMIN TIPPINS to be Registrar under the provisions of the said Act.
