SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following is Mr. Bates' weather summary for the past 24 hours:—Moderate to strong easterly winds have ruled, with warm and fair weather generally, and the atmospheric pressure still continues above normal. The storm area referred to previously now appears to be centred off the east coast of Australia. Forecast. —Present indications are for freshening easterly and northerly winds, with warm and fair to cloudy conditions, changing soon in the northern and southernmost districts, with a falling barometer everywhere,
