THE DUNEDIN SEAT. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Dunedin, December 30. The executive of the Otago Labor Representative Committee meet tonight to consider the advisability of filing an election petition to have Mr Mnnro declared the duly elected Parliament representative for Dunedin Central.
