A SOOW IN TROUBLE. Gisborne, December 22. A scow was towed into port last night. She was the Haere, fourteen days out from Wellington, on her way to Auckland. She was twice blown off the coast about a hundred miles, and lost BoTeral sails. THE PRICE OF WHEAT. Christchurch, December 22.
