AUSTRIANS ANXIOUS FOR PEACE. ) ITALY WILL FIGHT. Received 23, 1.25 a.m. New York, December 22. A diplomat in Vienna has telegraphed the American authorities to the effect that Austria's leading financial and commercial men are anxious for peace. Reports, according to this diplomat, assert that Italy will declare war against Austri ain January.
