I BOAR DI X< i.HOUSE DESTROYED. JBy Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Duiiedin, Last Night. At Lawrence, about 3 a.m. yesterday,, a boarding-house, containing 10 rooms, owned and occupied by Mrs. Catherine Falconer, was totally destroyed by fire, i The lire was first noticed in the kitchejl by one of the ooarders, who raised the ' alarm, allowing all the inmates (of whom' t there were ten) to make their escape. I Mrs. Falconer managed to get two boxes, containing wearing apparel, out of tie building, but saved nothing beyond thin. Some of the boarders suffered considerable loss, escaping only with part of their working clothes. The building was old, and burned -very rapidly.
