The Boilermakers' Society is the first to break- into open revolt against Judge lleydon's recent judgment, precluding tfe unions obtaining increased wages during the war. The boilermakers have resolvcj, owing to Judge lleydon's action in gu&> pending the nlting of the Wages Board, to give employers notice, not to work under present conditions and wages after 14th January.
