Just before the express for South left to-night. an intending ■passenger was attacked; by three men in an isolated corner of the 'platform, and relieved of £39. The. man, who was much excited, rushed up to the police, but his assailants, whom he declared ho had never seen 'before, bull who knew wliere he kqpt his money—lliad made good their escape.
