The proclamation is also published extending the period during which notes of banks doing business in the Domion are legal tender until April 7 th. TDIARU'S HELP FOR BELGIAN'S. Timaru, Last Night. The Harbor Board to-day voted £l5O to the Home and Belgium Fund. .
