The adjourned general meeting of the 1 Inglewood Oil Boring and Prospeetinu Co., Ltd., was held last night, Mr, T. Furlong, Jr., presiding. The report and balance-sheet were adopted, the retiring 1 directors (Messrs. A'liier, Elwin and liamson) were re-elected, and Mr Hugh 'Uaily was re-appointed auditor. It is slated that the Huiroa bore is now down 351M1 feet, and that the indications are promising. '
