CONTINGENTER'S LETTER.
To the Editor, Sir,—What I would like to know is who is to blame for the delay for a letter, dated October 31, 1914,' which I have just received (December l(i) from my brother who went with the Expeditionary Force? It was written at Albany on that date, and has taken nearly seven weeks to arrive. It is all very well saying that nothing is published for the sake of safety of'the men, but what about a letter that bears no town of postage? It is time things were altered, as I am sure all those who have loved ones with the troops are always anxious to hear from them, — I am, etc., A SISTER, Eltham, December 10, 1(114.
