MUTINIES AMONG TROOPS. SOLDIERS FORCED TO FIGHT. Basle, December 15. There have been frequent revolts of Bohemian and Moravian troops. In several cases they have refused to fire. A Bohemian battalion refused for two days to leave Prague for Poland. All the ringleaders and ten per cent, of the pfivrs. were shot.
