February, estimated number of vessels required, 11; number available, 13, 11 insulated and 2 uninsulated: Otaki, j Eemuera, Waiinate, Kaikoura, Matatua, I" Makarini, Corinth ic, Waimana, Athenie, Westmore, Miiuiro (all insulated), Wirral, Daldroch (both uninsulated).
