Russian losses denied. j BLOODLESS EVACUATION OF LODZ, i J Petrograd, December 10. An official statement denies the German report of heavy Russian losses at Lodz. The Russians abandoned the town at midnight on the 6th. The Germans remained inactive before the empty trenches until next day, when they occupied them.
