SENTENCES AT BLENHEIM. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Blenheim, December S.' In the iSupreme Court, Albert Kerr, 21 years old, was sentenced to 3y 3 years' reformative treatment for carnally knowing a girl under 1C years. Benjamin O'Connell and Samuel Emerson wtw found guilty of robbery with violence. The former received one year's imprisonment with hard labor, and one year's reformative treatment, the latter two years and three months' hard labor. Christopher Tucker, for theft at Picton, was sentenced to twelve months' hard labor.
ALLEGED MISAPPROPRIATION. Hamilton, December 8. In the case in the Hamilton Supreme Court against Stuart Dixon, -president of the Huntly Miners' Union, who is charged with misappropriating union funds, the grand jury, after a long deliberation, decided that there was no case for trial.
