As result of the'crisis the Portuguese Government has resigned, consequent on an interpellation concerning the mobilisation decree. The Government considers the interpellation inconvenient. . The Premier alone appeared in Parliament upon its re-assembly, and announced that v,ha Government would not return unless the interpellation was withdrawn. - ■ , ' ■ it is reported in
