BORECAST. Wellington, Last Night. The following is Sir Bates' weather forecast:— Present indications are for variable winds, with moderate to strong southwesterlies predominating. Weather changeable, hut fair to cloudy generally. The barometer has a rising tendency at present, hut is likely to fall again shortly in the south.
