ON AMERICAN ATLANTIC COAST. By cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Washington, December 7. There have been terriffie Atlantic gales on the oast coast. An unknown warship grounded on the (Maryland coast, and afterwards was refloated. Much damage was done to shipping. Norfolk City is under water. At Seabright, New Jersey, the hduses collapsed when the floods i undermined them.
