Present: lis Excellency the Governor-in-Council. it is deemed expedient to V ' approve the Stratford Loan and deposit Company (Limited) as mi ins*i;ution for the. purpose of Section 3 oi the Trustee Amendment Act, 1914: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and- authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve the said Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as an institution with which, subject to the provision of the said Act, it shall be lawful for a trustee unless expressly forbidden bv the instrument (if any) creating the trust to invest any trust funds in his hands on deposit at interest.
