"A CERTAIN NAVAL MISHAP." A PRESS COMMENT -• ~ ■v&W: Received 4, 7.30 p.m. London, December 4. Th? Morning Post, in a leading article on what is described as a certain British naval mishap, a month old, declares it was discussed in the American press, also ill Germany, when tlie newspapers were gloating over the mishap and its concealment from Britain. The Morning Post declares that the position was ridiculous, humiliating, and an insult to the nation.
