A case in -which Frances Mullinei; claimed from Joseph Ivess £IOOO damages for alleged .indecent assault, was. concluded at the Supreme Court to-day* the jury returning a verdict for £SO. ' The case was heard at the last sitting I of the Supreme Court, when the jury disagreed. Plaintiff alleged that while IiVH ing in a private hotel at Ohakune Ivess drugged and assaulted her.
