VXTHEREAS it is deemed expedient to approve tlio Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as an im'itntion for the purpose of Section 3 of the Trustee Amendment Act,, 11)14: > T ow, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in "Mirsitancn i<nd exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Ex-' ecutive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve the said Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as an institution with -which, subject to the provision of the said Act, it shall be lawful for a trustee unless expressly foii>idden by the instrument (if any) cr&ting the trust to invest any trust fuilds in his hands on deposit at interest.
