A STARTLING DISCOVERY. GERMAN CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS COMMANDING QUEBEC.
Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 1, 5.50 p.m. London, November SO. Canadian authorities discovered concrete foundations on the Isle of Orleans, commanding tiie ■ defences of Quebec. They were built by Germans in 1912. The authorities demolished ' the concrete forthwith.
