THE ARBITRATION COURT. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. _ Wellington, December 1. Mr William Scott, having definitely decided to relinquish the position of employers' representative in the Arbitration Court on January 31, the employers' delegates will meet on January 7 to discuss the question of a successor. DOCKYARD STRIKE ENDED. Sydney, December 1. The dockyard shipwrights have resumed work conditional on securing double pay for overtime.
