A DISASTROUS FIRE.
KIVULETS OF BLAZING OIL. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 30, 7.45 p.m. Sydney, November 30. The fire at Meggitt's was difficult to handle. It was a six-storied building, and a hundred thousand gallons of oil were stored. A 15,000 gallotf tank hurst, and rivulets of burning oil flowed : into the street. The balance was drained into the river, to prevent firing. Fifteen thousand tons of linseed.meal are | still burning. Insurances were £20,000.
