ROYALTY AS A TONIC. Received 28, 4.30 p.m. Times ami Sydney Sun Services. London, November 28. A Stuttgart telegram describes a visit of the Kaiser and the Crown Prince to 'the Wurtemburg regiment. The Kaiser shook hands with the captain and congratulated him. He walked down the lines, looking closely at each man. The Crown Prince was greeted by all in a friendly manner. Both were looking well. 1 The Kaiser said, '"If; goes slowly butl surely."

Nervousness in Berlin is increasing. Official reports deal with news several (lays old. It is rumoured tliat the German armies in Poland are retreating at several points.
