RUBBER FOR THE ALLIES.' EXPORT FROM CEYLON. Received 27, 1 a.m. Colombo, November 26. The Times' Ceylon London correspondent cabled that the export of rubber from the mid-east ports will be allowed to Australian and Canadian ports, and also other British possessions under the Government supervision.
