FORECAST. Wellington, Last Night. Following is Mr. Bates' weather forciast:—. Present indications are for stormy weather, high westerly winds, changing to southerly probably by to-morrow evening. Expect cloudy and unsettled conditions, with rain generally, snow on higher levels, and a cold snap following soon; barometer falling, but likely to rise fast to-morrow night.
