/ PROVES A FAILURE. By Calile—Press Association—Copyright, Received 25, 1.30 a.m. Perth, November 24. The Minister of Health announces that Professor Pagett's consumption cure is a failure. It was submitted to the British Medical Association, who watched the. treatment for three months, but no patient showed an improvement, one (lied, and all but one were distinctly worse.
