SECOND FORCE UNNECESSARY. STRONG REINFORCEMENTS TO BE SENT. Duncdin, November 21. The Hon. 'Mr Allen does not consider it will be necessary to dispatch a second expeditionary force as arrangements will be made for sending heavy reinforcements in order to maintain the expeditonary force in Europe at its full strength throughout their service.
