HIGH COMMISSIONERS REPORT. Wellington, November 19, Following i s tlie High Commissioner's report under date London, November IS:— Official: Tho First Division of the British army was yesterday subjected to a heavy attack, first by the artillery, and then by infantry, the brunt falling upon two battalions of the First Division, who were shelled out of their trenches, but recovered them with a brilliant counter-attack, driving the enemy back in disorder for 500 yards. An attack made on a brigade of the Second Division by the enemy was, repulsed with heavy losses. '.,
