DE WET'S INFLUENCE! WANING. London, November 17. Reuter's Pretoria correspondent states that De Wet hag been wounded in the neck. He is losing influence with his followers. His commando is short of ammunition. A PLUCKY COMMANDANT. Commandant Fouche. whom the rebels treacherously captured, was ordered to be shot. He ataeked his guards, fell two, shot the other two, and then escaped. A German aeroplane is reconnoitring at Luderitz Bay. Attempts to bring it down have failed. GERMANS RE-ENTER ANGOLA. Received 20, 1.40 a.m. Lisbon, November 18. The Germans have again entered Angola. There were some casualties.
