Sydney, November 18. When the Assembly met, Mr. Holman announced that a Bill, authorising the Government to seize the wheat crop, would be introduced to-morrow, and Anally passed on Tuesday. The Government's proposed action is causing much comment, including the question as to whether it is constitutional.
