PIGEON RACING.
During the past week the Xew Plymouth East Flying Club decided two races, good times being recorded on both oeasions. The first was from Aramoho, a distance of S3 miles, and resulted as follows:—W. Uoch's Bugle, 21u\ [tmin., and E. Billing's Plntch, 2hr. -Mmin., deadheat; w. 1 Scale's Red Rose, 2hr. 4-lmin. llisec., :i. The second was from Auckland, a distance of 187 miles, Mr. Koch being again successful. Mr. Cowsel liberated the birds:—W. Roch's Eden, 4hr. fiGmin., 1; F. .lames' Pilot, 4hr. iiOmin. SOsec., '2; C. llodge's Eclipse, shr. lmin. SOsee., 3.
