The authorities state that from the absence of information they presume there were not any deaths.

The High Commissioner reports, under date London, November 15, as follows: Official: The Admiralty announces that the following vessels of the enemy were found to have been sunk by explosion after the surrender of the Tsingtao fortress: Austrian cruiser Kaiserin Elizabeth; the German gunboats Jaguar, Jochs, Tiger, Cormoran; German destroyer Toku; and the mine-layer Ruciian.
