EMPIRE FI( TUBES. Last Saturday evening the management of the Empire Picture Palace presented one of the best picture plavs seen in New Plymouth for some time, entitled "Paid in Full." a play which .'has delighted theatregoers the'world over for more than live years. It needs no introduction—it is too well known as the best play for years. The remarkably fine acting is a feature of the production. Tally .Marshall, the originator of the part of doe llrooks, is to be seen in the same role; William iiilcv Hatch, who played for nearly three' seasons with the original company, is again iV'.ist for the important character" of .Captain Williams. Uattie Russell appears as Mrs. Harris; Winifred Kin,* ston plays Beth Harris, (ico H. Irving is cast as Jimmy Smith., Caroline French portrays Emma Brooks, and there are I'arl Mite'lell. Irving Sonlliard an-.! others. Undoubtedly it is the best combination ever submitted. Anotbe 1 ' fine film is "A (iolf Demonstration.' by. J. U. Taylor, Esq.. live times golf champion of the world. "On the banks of tin; ('reuse" is a charming scenic, by Patlie. "Caumont Graphic" contains as usual some vcrv interesting spectacles. "Art, for a Heart" is a rninI ical affair of the heart and art by the ■Vitagraph Company .
