A resident of Wellington has received an interesting letter from a New Zealand soldier in Samoa dealing with the friction that existed between the Naw Zealand and' German doctors and nurses. The medical staff of the Expeditionary Force took possession of the Hospital, and for some time progressed satisfactorily. Soon,, however it b»gan to be noticed that the bedding and even the instruments were gradually disappearing. Suspicion fell upon the late German medical staff and a watch was kept. All carts and other vehicles leaving tne hospital grounds were searched), and as a result of these measures the disappearance of the medical appliances ceased. The incident was not very important, but it shows traces of the same fpirit that animates the German soldier in Europe, and that has resulted in the atrocities that have startled the civilised world. YOU SHOULD BEAR TX MIND That by using the commercial eucalyptus oil, which is now bought up at 6d per lb weight and bottled, and on account of the large profit pushed, you are exposing yourself to all the dangers to which the use of turpentine will ex pose you—irritation of kidneys, intestinal tracts and mucous membrane. By insisting on the GENUINE SANDER'S EUCALYPTI EXTRACT, you not only avoid these pitfalls, but you have a stimulating, safe and effective medicament, the result of a special and careful manufacture. A trial will at once convince. Quality in a small dose distinguishes it from the bulky and dangerous products. Remember: SANDER'S EXTRACT- embodies the result of 50 years' experience and of special study, and it does as promised: It heals and cures -without Injuring the constitution, as the oils on the market frequently do. Therefore protect yourself bv rejecting other brands. SANDER'S EXTRACT possesses curative properties peculiarly its own, and can be used with perfect safety internally and externally.
