To the Electors T REGET very much that owing to the shortness of notice that the General Election is to take place this year, that it is impossible to visit every part of the Electorate and I trust that no Elector will thiuk that I have neglected to visit his District. I have lived in the Electorate for seven years, and if elected, I intend to still reside here and to visit regularly the whole ef the electorate. My platform is; 1. Reform wherever needed.
2. The Freehold Tenure every time. 3. Borrowing for Reproductive Works 4. Vigorous prosecution of Roads and Railways. 5. Postponement of payment of rent and rates until settlement lands are provided with permanent roads.
